Our community... 

is minutes from downtown historic Loveland, OH and is surrounded by prime outdoor recreation.

Our residents enjoy fantastic wooded views, family friendly activities, 

community gatherings, and outdoor recreation at neighborhood pools and area attractions.

 

The Woods, Estates, and Sanctuary are also proud to be part of the excellent-rated Loveland school system.

 

Our 401+ home community is still growing and has a "sister" subdivision that is run by the Miami Trails Homeowners Association. For more information about the Miami Trails subdivision please visit their website at www.miamitrails.org.

Dues for 2025 are due by January 1, 2025 so please plan accordingly.  For reference, dues for 2024 were $400 per household.  The HOA Board will present the dues for 2025 ant the annual meeting in November, 2024.


As always, a 30-day grace period is permitted by the by-laws passed in 2021.  Please bear in mind that payments received after January 31. 2025 will be charged a late fee of $25 per month or portion thereof that they are late beyond the January 1 due date.

If you are selling your home, a bank, a real estate agent, or title agency, you may request an HOA status letter by emailing the treasurer of the HOA with your request.  Be sure to include all of the following information:


  • Your name, email and phone number and the company or agency you represent if you are not the homeowner

  • Sellers Name(s)

  • Property Address

  • Buyer's name, email and phone number

  • Anticipated closing date


Status requests submitted without this information will not be able to be processed until all information is supplied.

The WESMT Homeowners Association has obtained the required number of owner votes to pass the Amended and Restated Declaration, and the First Amendment allowing certain signs subject to certain conditions.
